Amy Foreman, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, E-RYT 500
Hi! Just a little bit about me.
I have been a student and teacher of yoga and Ayurveda for over 25 years. I'm a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor (750 HR) and yoga teacher (500 HR) and have been teaching hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga since 2008. I am also MFR (myofascial release) certified, which I integrate into my group classes and one-on-one privates.
Whether attending my classes, workshops, or working with me one-on-one, you can expect curiosity, encouragement, compassion, accountability, and playfulness. I am deeply grateful for my teachers who have instilled the loving and solid foundation from which I continue to grow as a teacher and student.
I live in Evergreen, Colorado with my husband, two sons, and two dogs. It's my happy place. I especially love spending time with family, cooking, hiking, camping, and nordic skiing, and I'm passionate about all things holistic living and wellness.
One of my favorite parts of doing what I do is the opportunity to connect with other curious like-minded people who are invested in their health and interested in making the most of this gift-of-a-life we have been given.
If you are reading this, I hope that we eventually get to connect. Let me know if you have any questions!
